Ghostfaces Supreme Clientele is a step toward the Wu-Tang Clans ascent from the ashes of their fallen kingdom. While the album is complete and characteristically Wu-sounding, each track is distinctive lyrically, thematically, and sonically. RZAs best composition is the piano-driven, double-entendre-laced childhood retrospective Childs Play. On this effort, the Wu-Pupil producers at times seem to outdo their teacher.

This album has RZAs stamp all over it, but the guru himself only provides three tracks. Some of the Wus slump could be contributed to Wu-Abbotts (aka RZA) relative sabbatical. This album showed Ghost at the top of his game proving that he is one of the greatest emcees of all-time. Due to the label problems, the albums flow and cohesiveness got fucked up big time.
